I built FenceCRM because I was tired of hand drawn layouts, inaccurate estimates and always being short on materials. Instead of gluing together an estimating tool, a different CRM, and a contract / invoicing tool... there should be one simple solution to run a fence business.

Scribbling fence layouts on notepads, doing material math in my head (and getting it wrong), and losing track of leads because they were scattered across texts, emails, and sticky notes. Every estimate felt like starting from scratch.

The tools that existed were either way too complicated or built for general contractors who do not understand the specifics of fence work. I needed something that thinks the way a fence contractor thinks.

My goal is to make fence estimating SIMPLE. Draw your layout, pick your materials, and get an accurate quote in minutes. No spreadsheets. No guesswork. No more showing up to a job short on pickets.
