Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FenceCRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Description of Service

FenceCRM is a fence estimating and customer management software that allows you to create layouts, calculate materials, generate quotes, and manage your fence contracting business.

Account Registration

To use FenceCRM, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into FenceCRM. We do not claim any ownership rights to your customer information, project data, or estimates. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FenceCRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Material calculations and estimates are tools to assist you, but you are responsible for verifying accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FenceCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or inaccurate estimates.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
